I like this post lots -- fire! anniversary! What could be better? I'm sorry for your foot troubles. Have you thought about doing twenty minutes of yoga in place of the 30-day shred in the meantime so you stay in the habit of getting up early, etc? There are some yoga and also pilates on Netflix watch instantly ... oh wait, you are forever giving up your Netflix account ugh! Get it back! ... also on cable TV, I'm sure? Anyway just a thought. I know when I get out of my running routine I pretty much completely stop running. Like now! I need to get back on that shit. Also the yoga builds flexibility and strength so then one benefits more from one's aerboic and cardio workouts. Says the girl who has not gone to yoga in weeks. OK I suck, I'm going to stop commenting on your blog and go find the next yoga sesh at my gym.

I totally hear you about ignoring the obvious about weight. It's interesting how we let ourselves do that, isn't it? :( But great job on going to Weight Watchers...that first step in the door is a scary one, as is the start weight. Make sure you find a leader and/or group of people that you like, and it will make things easier. It took me a while once we moved here, but I love the one I go to now.

And 4 days of doing a video is great! Just remember that Jillian will be waiting for you when your toe is better. Oh, will she be waiting... *laugh*

Oh, and playing with fire? FUN!
